Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning: Damn!! It’s really amazing that we humans have explored science way too much. Not only on earth but also out of this planet. We’ve touched our natural satellite and sent an artificial into space too. It all happened in the 90s and now we’re in the 21st century.
You can’t even imagine how rapidly we’ve explored science in the last few decades. Talking about the upcoming, robots and artificial intelligence is the future. Soon we’ll see humanoid robots serving us in the restaurants, artificial drivers in taxis, maybe robot shopkeepers too. Almost everything will be automatic, and it’ll help us in our daily lives a lot.
You might have heard of terms like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Probably it might seem all same to you. But actually, it isn’t! They all have some differences. That’s what I’m going to talk about inside today’s post. Go ahead and by the end of this post, you’ll be able to differentiate between all of them.
Difference between Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
Artificial Intelligence: Even a 6th-grade kid have heard of the term ‘Artificial Intelligence’. Yes, it is the most base level ground technology in the study of robotics. Artificial Intelligence is just an intelligence parameter which can be taken as an artificial brain. But it can’t make good decisions as a human brain can.
Machine Learning: Whereas with Machine Learning, a robot can make precise decisions. It enables the ability of self-learning. It itself can detect errors and fix them. Thus it is a bit ahead of the so-called ‘Artificial Intelligence’.
Deep Learning: Coming to Deep Learning, it all says with the name. It is the most advanced level technology in the robotic world. Deep Learning gives the sense to detect errors, fix them and make precise decisions very quickly. It studies and learns the happened act and takes actions based on that data. That’s how it can be differentiated among the other two’s.
In simple terms, Artificial Intelligence is the basic level of technology. In Machine Learning we’ve touched some more abilities. Whereas in Deep Learning, there’s way too much to explore. I can’t list all of them here. You can search over the Internet for some more info about both.
