69 Thousand Pakistani Bank Cards on Dark Web: Ever heard of Group-IB? Sounds a bit weird but it is known for cyber attacks prevention across the Internet. They discovered a new database containing over 69K+ Pakistani Bank’s cards. No! it’s not happening for the first time.

It’s now second biggest sale on Darkweb of Pakistani bank’s card in past couple of months. The whole database fits to be worth over 3.5 million dollars. That’s really a huge-huge amount! Keep reading to know more details about the case.

Group-IB Discovered 69,000 Pakistani Bank Cards on Dark Web

Joker’s Stash is one of the well known underground portals where people sell stolen bank card details. Group-IB experts noticed a huge set of card digital copies were linked by Meezan Bank Ltd. Soon they found all of these dumps were of Pakistani Bank.

Also, all of these cards were being sold along with their PIN codes. This is the reason cards were being sold for around 50 USD. Because generally, the price of these cards on the dark web is around 10 to 40 Dollars.

They sold all of these cards in two halves. The first set consisted of 1,535 cards was announced for sale on January 24. The second set with over 67,500 Pakistani bank’s card details was put over the Internet on January 30. Again, most of these cards were linked to Meezan Bank.

You’ll be amazed to know that these cards can be used to make new clone cards with the same bank account details. This means you can withdraw money out of the credit card, use it for purchasing items, etc. But all of it is highly risky and it’s all against cyber securities.

So make sure you don’t get involved in any type of activity related to it. Also, most of these fraudsters get caught quickly and are punished with huge fines.
