Recently, we came to know that Carryminati’s second channel was hacked. the hacker asked for some Bitcoins via streaming on that channel. it was shocking news for all of us. It was not just shocking for his subscribers but also for the hacker community.
But till now, no-one knows who was behind it. But there are some rumors that well know Tictok star Aamer Siddiqui is behind all of this. well, I don’t think he would hire a hacker to do so. because if it was him, the hacker would just delete his channel but we all saw that the hacker himself asked for bitcoins.
In my opinion, it was just a social engineering attack on Carryminati. these attacks are very simple and anyone can get hacked via social engineering attack. if you remember correctly, a few months back Robert Downy JR’s Instagram account was also hacked.
Just think about it, if there would be a vulnerability or some kinda bug in youtube, why just one channel would get hacked. there are many channels which would be the target for all of us.
